Licensed Electrician (Multiple Positions)

Moran Engineering and Electrical Ltd is currently recruiting experienced and licensed Electricians to join our growing project teams across Papua New Guinea.

We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious, and skilled professionals who can deliver high-quality electrical work across a range of engineering, construction, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, inspect, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and site installations.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, layouts, and technical instructions.
• Perform electrical testing, fault finding, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant standards, site procedures, and regulations.
• Assist with commissioning, maintenance shutdowns, upgrades, and project support activities.
• Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other site personnel to achieve project goals.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.

Requirements

• Valid electrician license or relevant trade certification.
• Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, construction, industrial, or project-based work.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, safe work practices, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
• Willingness to work on project sites across PNG.
